Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 15 business days
    Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier service disruptions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Phonocap.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
